Our mission is to help people find a transforming relationship with Jesus.
We’re all imperfect people who fail and miss the mark more times than we'd like to admit. But we've found forgiveness, promise and purpose in Jesus Christ.
We believe God uses our brokenness to draw us closer to Him. When we are ready, our brokenness can turn into beautiful stories of redemption that can then be poured into others.
What does that look like? Practically, we strive to:
BELONG to a family. BLESS our community. BECOME like Jesus.
CORE VALUES
Following the lead of the very first church in Acts 2:41-47, we commit to...
Worship Passionately
God wants us to love Him with all our heart, all our soul, all our mind, and all our strength (Mark 12:30) – that’s worship! And not just on Sunday, but every day, with everything we have to the best of our ability. In addition, God wants us to prioritize worship alongside our church family on a regular basis (Acts 2:42, 47). We are commanded not to forsake the gathering of God’s people, and regularly gathering with one another is a vital means of deepening our worship, our faith, and our relationships.
Fellowship Together
We are called to develop close relationships with others in our church so that we may encourage one another, pray for one another, build one another up, and hold one another accountable as followers of Christ (Hebrews 10:24-25; Acts 2:42, 46; Galatians 6:2). This can happen when you are involved in a small group (House Group), serving with others on a church service team, and joining in at other church events and outreach opportunities.
Serve Faithfully
Each of us has been given the ability and the command to serve Jesus in some capacity. Well House Partners eagerly find a place where they can serve and make use of their spiritual gifts for the good of others (Ephesians 4:11-13, 16). From our Welcome Team, Set-Up/Tear-Down, Kids, Students, Music, Production, or other, there is always room for you to be directly involved in creating great experiences at Well House that show just how awesome our community of imperfect people really is.
Pray Consistently
It is essential that the church be united in prayer, seeking God’s direction and blessing on the work of the church and the gospel’s impact in our church, our community, and beyond (1 Thessalonians 5:17; Romans 12:12; Colossians 4:2). Well House Partners commit to praying for the church’s ministries, its leadership, and its people regularly.
Give Generously
To reach the broken and the lost in our community, we must all make sacrifices; not only financially (1 Corinthians 16:2; 2 Corinthians 9:7), but also with our time, energy, and talents. Well House Partners give sacrificially to our weekly offerings as well as special opportunities that arise to support our friends and family in need. We pride ourselves on being a church that is WILDLY generous.
Live Biblically
Not only are we called to read and study God’s Word, the Bible (2 Timothy 3:16-17; Acts 17:11), we are to “be doers of” it as well (James 1:22; Proverbs 3:1-2; Hebrews 4:12). Well House Partners love reading, studying and memorizing the Bible. But more importantly, we take God’s truth as presented in His Word to live out our lives in Christlikeness. While we will never be perfect on this side of eternity, we are called to fight sin and pursue Jesus wholeheartedly in this life (Romans 12:2).
Share Your Story
Your personal story is not a series of theological ideas that you might worry about not explaining clearly. It is sharing your experience of coming to believe in Jesus, growing in relationship with Him, and how He has transformed your life. This is what that scary word “evangelism” is all about – sharing how the gospel changed you!
