Our heart and passion for worship leaders is for us to stop surviving and start thriving in their ministries. To do this, we must cultivate a deeper spiritual life rooted in 3 things:

• Building and experiencing community with other worship leaders. 

• Expanding our capacity by equipping ourselves to become more intentional pastors.

• Till and enrich our personal soil to receive refreshment from the Spirit of God.
